The hearts were supposed to be colored with distress paint but I only have 3 colors and they are dull and earthy – not good options for hearts, so I improvised and used alcohol ink on these. I actually like the way they turned out.

I think the hearts are gorgeous. Nice to know it will also work with alcohol inks.
